College Degree in Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from Texas A&M University, and a one year internship in Economic Development Institute at the University of Paris in France. Numerous continuous education courses. For 30 years worked at executive level in Mexico, United States and Canada, in both private and public sectors in the areas of administration, marketing, finance and planning. Involved in systems modernization tasks, new technologies implementation, business restructuring, and reengineering projects. University professor of Sustainability in the Engineering Department, and Strategy in the Global MBA program in Tecnológico de Monterrey.
